Hello, I'm Ishiah Dixon, a seasoned professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with more than 10 years of experience. I specialize in braids, locs, sew-in installs, & braiding techniques for all ages. I'm patient & passionate about creating beautiful unique hairstyles and strive to exceed my clients' expectations with every appointment. In my free time in enjoy taking photos, drawing, & doing graphic design. You will see my creativity expressed throughout my site and in my videos, if you follow me on my social media platforms. I swear my mom is the best. I have been watching her hustle to put food on the table and clothes on me and my brother's backs for as long as I can remember. She is a jack of all trades, and I would chase her to the ends of the earth and back. She is an innovator, always coming up with new hair techniques to inspire the hair industry. That's my weave genius!! She has traveled all around the United States to train hairstylists, including me. I'm just honored to be her daughter and to be in her presence. I hope to one day be able to impact the world in my own way, just as she has touched so many people and continues to shine her light. She Inspire me to be the best version of myself every day! Thanks Mom you're the Best!!! For now, I'm just a hustler in training, mirroring every footstep you laid out for me since birth. My supermom!

Most people know my grandma was my heart. She was our biggest cheerleader. She loved when I would draw in between clients at work, and my logo is actually her favorite drawing. She would always encourage me to do something with my ladies. She’d ask, “Why did you draw her hair like that?” and say, “She looks like you. Hang your ladies up so people can see them. Stop being so shy. You can sell her one day. The little girls will love her one day.” But I let my own insecurities get in the way of showing off my artwork. Not anymore!


Her energy always took over the rooms she entered. She was respected by many. My favorite bookworm!
